We would First like you to Email us your Problems as many issues can be fixed or adjusted by yourself.

Q:How long is the warranty on your watches?

A: We provides a 2 year warranty for all watches sold. Defective watch, please contact us by telling us your issue, before you send back the item. Our customer service will arrange it either fix locally, sending you the parts you need or return to us.

Please put a note indicating the defect on the watch,  before you send the item back . A replacement or repair will be sent at no charge to you. 

Q: What if I would like a refund?

A: t:For All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging . We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your paypal account or payment method within 48 hours of receival. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Warranty does not cover the following occurrences :

Mishandled merchandise by Customer
Cracked glass
Battery failure
Unreasonable wear and tear of any kind
